Cancel & refund,
without a fight
No retention flow, no phone call, no form. Cancelling is one email to us: this page tells you exactly what to send and what happens after you send it.
What cancelling actually does
Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not close your account, delete your progress, or cut you off from what you have already paid for.
Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and then simply stops renewing. Nothing is charged after that.
You do not need to cancel to stop being charged twice: one cancellation ends all future renewals on that subscription.
How to cancel
Every RefineAura subscription is bought on the web and billed through Stripe, and cancelling is handled by a person: email help@refineaura.com and say you want to cancel.
- Write from the email address on your account, so we can find the subscription without asking you for anything else.
- Say you want to cancel. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask for one or offer you a discount to stay.
- We cancel the renewal and reply to confirm. Your plan, renewal price and renewal date stay visible on your account page throughout.
What happens after you cancel
- Once we have processed it the subscription is marked to end and will not renew.
- You keep full access until the end of the current paid period, including the library, the drills and the Speech Analyzer.
- You get a cancellation confirmation by email. If it does not arrive, check spam and then tell us: a cancellation you cannot prove is not good enough.
- Your account and your progress stay put, so restarting later does not mean starting over.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your first payment, for any reason or none. We do not ask you to complete anything first, and we do not counter-offer a partial refund and hope you take it.
Email help@refineaura.com and a person handles it. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically land within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
If a renewal caught you off guard, say so: we refund those too rather than arguing about whether you cancelled a day too late.
Recognising the charge on your statement
RefineAura charges appear as REFINEAURA. The merchant of record is AxiomFrame Media Inc., 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
We set that descriptor deliberately: not being able to identify a line item on a statement is the single most common complaint in this category, and it is entirely avoidable.
If you see a charge you cannot place, email us before your bank: we can find it in seconds, and a chargeback takes weeks.
If you bought through an app store
A subscription bought inside the iPhone or Android app is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so it has to be cancelled where it was bought.
Cancel in your app store's subscription settings on your phone. It takes one tap, no reason is needed, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds for a store subscription are issued by your app store, not by us. We have no way to return a payment we never received, and your app store decides under its own refund policy.
If you are not sure which way you paid: a web purchase shows on your card statement as “REFINEAURA” and is handled on the account page above. A store purchase appears on your Apple or Google receipt instead. We can still help with anything about the programme itself. Email help@refineaura.com and a person replies.
Still stuck
Email help@refineaura.com with the address you paid with. We can cancel it for you and refund it for you; you do not have to get the interface to cooperate first.
