Terms of Use

These terms are a contract between you and AxiomFrame Media Inc., which operates RefineAura (“RefineAura”, “we”, “us”). By taking the quiz, creating access, or subscribing, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

RefineAura is operated by AxiomFrame Media Inc., 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You can reach a real person at help@refineaura.com. We answer billing and cancellation requests by hand.

2. What RefineAura is

RefineAura is a web-based self-improvement program: a personalized plan of short daily lessons and spoken practice drills, delivered in your online member area. It is educational content for general self-development.

It is not professional, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. We describe skills and techniques; we do not diagnose or treat any condition. You must be at least 13 to use RefineAura, and if you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian’s permission.

3. Your access

When you subscribe we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the member area and its content for your own self-improvement. You keep access for as long as your subscription is active (and, if you cancel, through the end of the period you have already paid for).

4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

We state the recurring price before you pay: clearly, above the payment button, never in fine print. Plans start at an introductory price for the first term and then renew automatically at the standard price for that plan, on that plan’s own cycle, until you cancel. For example, the 4-week plan is $19.99 for the first 4 weeks and then $39.99 every 4 weeks. Prices are in US dollars and payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

• Your charge appears on your statement as “REFINEAURA”.
• We email you a confirmation the moment you subscribe, stating what you paid, what renews, when, and for how much.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing help@refineaura.com from the address on your account, or by replying to any email from us. There is no retention maze, no phone call, no form to complete. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period: you are not charged again, and you keep access until then. We confirm your cancellation by email.

6. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment, with no conditions. See our Refund Policy for the details and how to ask.

7. One-time add-ons

After you subscribe we may offer optional one-time products (for example the Conversation Toolkit and the 90 Speaking Drills). These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, so they never rebill. Each is charged only if you explicitly choose it, with an equally clear way to decline, and is delivered to your member area immediately. They are covered by the same 30-day refund window.

8. Acceptable use

• Use RefineAura for your own personal, non-commercial self-improvement.
• Don’t copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly post our lessons, drills, or other content.
• Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

9. Our content

All lessons, drills, text, images, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Your subscription grants a personal licence to use them; it does not transfer ownership. The people shown in illustrations are not real customers, and archetype portraits are original, generated likenesses of fictional people, not photographs of any real individual.

10. No guaranteed results

Self-improvement depends on you. We describe methods and give you practice; we do not promise any particular outcome, income, promotion, or result. Any before/after imagery is illustrative, and individual results vary.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, AxiomFrame Media Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.

12. Changes

We may update the service or these terms. If we make a material change we will post it here and update the date above, and where the law requires, we will tell you directly. Continuing to use RefineAura after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where the mandatory law of your home country gives you stronger protection.
